Visa Enquiries

In recent years, visa application procedures for European countries have been tightened. This may cause delays in processing visa applications from non-EU visitors or exhibitors. We therefore recommend that you initiate your visa arrangements well in advance.

Our service provider INTERCULTURAL CONSULTING will support trade visitors and exhibitors with their visa application by issuing an official invitation letter to the show. Please note that due to legal reasons, we are not allowed to carry out any visa applications on behalf of others, nor do we accept any financial or organisational responsibility for travel arrangements. Letters of invitation can be requested by filling out the enquiry form below.
