Exhibitors will be provided with a range of free promotional material such as posters, stickers, brochures, logos and various online tools such as customised email signatures and banners. All promotion items are especially designed for inter airport Europe 2011 and can be used in numerous ways to support your pre-show marketing.

Entry Ticket Vouchers for Your Customers

Online Marketing Packages
Visitors increasingly use the internet for product research and to prepare their show visits. All registered exhibitors can choose between three easy-to-book Online Marketing Packages to complement their show participation and to promote their business before, during and after the show: Silver, Gold and Platinum.

Video Upload
For the first time, all exhibitors at inter airport Europe 2011 have the opportunity to present their company with a video on the official show website www.interairport.com/europe.
With nearly 250,000 visits during the last exhibition cycle, the website has established itself as an important point of information before and during the exhibition as well as for your follow-up business after the event. Newsletter Banner
The popular inter airport News is published on a monthly basis and emailed out to almost 40,000 airport professionals worldwide. Exhibitors now have the opportunity to book advertising banners at €395 per issue including a link to your company website.
Banner size: 200 pixels wide, 80 pixels high, JPEG, GIF or PNG format.
Please note that banner space is restricted and will be allocated on a first come-first serve basis (available to registered exhibitors and their co-exhibitors only).

GSE in Motion: Time Slots for Live Demo Area
GSE in Motion is our new live demo area and gives exhibitors the exceptional opportunity to demonstrate their GSE equipment and vehicles live and in motion. Each day, you will have the chance to take over the microphone for 15 minutes and comment yourself while your equipment is in action. The 150m long and 12m wide asphalt track in the outdoor area gives you plenty of room to show your clients what your products can really do!

Press Services
Online Press Box
Create your own online press box and make your press information readily available to customers and trade journalists worldwide! You can upload an unlimited number of press releases onto the inter airport website by using your individual password. The Online Press Box is included in the Gold or Platinum Marketing Package. Exhibitors that haven’t booked one of these Marketing Packages can book the Online Press Box separately. For further information, please contact the inter airport Europe team.
Press Centre on-site
As for previous shows, we are expecting a large number of journalists from all over the world. They will enjoy full support at the Press Centre which is located near the main visitor entrance (East). You can initiate or increase your press coverage in trade journals by using the Press Centre as a platform for keeping the media up-to-date on your products and services.

All registered (co-)exhibitors have the opportunity to display press kits on the shelves provided by the Press Centre. Your press kits should contain brief and factual descriptions of your major exhibits, we recommend producing specific press literature. If you are organising your own press conference during the show, please let us know so that we can announce it in the Press Centre and on our website. Further information will be sent to you in August 2011.
The Official inter airport Show Catalogue
All registered exhibitors and their co-exhibitors will be granted a free basic entry in the alphabetical list of exhibitors in the official inter airport Show Catalogue. You can provide visitors with further information on your products and services by booking additional company entries in the exhibit category section or the list of trademarks. Of course there is also the opportunity to place advertisements.
Late entries and amendments will appear in the addendum, which will be loose inserted into the catalogue. The addendum deadline is Thursday 15th September.

The Official inter airport Show Preview
A detailed Show Preview for visitor promotional purposes will be published in the run-up to inter airport Europe 2011. It will be distributed by post this summer to more than 30,000 recipients around the world. It will also be published on the internet and be made available to trade journalists for media coverage of the exhibition.
All registered exhibitors and co-exhibitors are invited to contribute a short company entry free of charge.
Please note: The deadline for entries in the official Show Preview was 2 June 2011.
